Our 14-Day Perfect Fit Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund or store credit within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the abaya must reflect the standard of elegance we sent it in:

Pristine Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (like perfume or smoke), stains, or signs of wear.

Original Tags: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
The Return Journey

Notify Us: Simply email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for the return within the 14-day window.

Ship: Securely package the abaya and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method. Please allow your bank up to 10 days to reflect the credit.

Exchanges: We recommend placing a new order for the desired style or size right away and following the standard return process for your original item to ensure you get the piece you want fastest.

Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or heavily discounted are generally not eligible for a refund but may qualify for store credit only. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
